Industrial Complex

Located in the city of Dourado, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Brazil, our industrial complex is composed of several plants and is equipped with the highest technology.

In an area of over 680,000 m², we have installed a dry food factory, a wet food factory and an incredible cookie factory that bring together state-of-the-art equipment and excellence in processes.

In addition, we have a robust infrastructure for product development in our Nutrition Development Center (NDC) and laboratory with high analysis capacity.

Our plant

Our first plant was inaugurated in Brazil in 1995 and, throughout the years, we have consolidated an industrial complex that has been receiving constant investments in technology, infrastructure, innovation, and people. We are pioneers in the development of food for Indoor and Specific Breeds in the world.

We are among the largest, most modern and respected pet food companies in Latin America and we lead the Brazilian market in the specialized channel. We develop high quality (or) super premium products that reflect our performance at the forefront of the pet food segment.

With 7,700 m2 of built area, our biscuit factory has a high degree of automation in the processes and strict quality control, similar to the manufacture of the best biscuits for humans. The production line is impressive and accounts for unique products in the market, which fully please the palate of dogs, without giving up the healthiness.

Production differentials

Among the differentials of the cookie factory is the automation of processes, which happen without human contact, which contributes to increase performance and efficiency, besides the safety and quality of the products. We have a dough molding system that ensures greater cutting precision and perfect shapes, well-finished, without waste and with the appropriate texture for the dogs' tasting experience.

Another differential is the oven, because our cookies are baked - and not extruded, like most snacks for dogs. We adopted the same manufacturing process of the best cookies for humans, which provides more flavor and makes them bake in a totally uniform way.

There are also differentials when it comes to packaging: we adopted the Easy Open System, which facilitates the opening of the package, and the Open/Close System, with a zipper that allows greater preservation of flavor, aroma and crunchiness. And so the cookies leave our factory absolutely perfect to cheer and nourish your best friend!

LEED gold certification

Sustainable practices have always been and will always be part of our culture. That is why we are very proud to hold the LEED Gold certification for the cookie factory, an important American certification for sustainable development adopted worldwide by more than 160 nations. Our first LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design seal was earned while the plant was still in operation, in 2016, when we became the first company in the segment to receive this seal in Brazil.
